    The role:

    Responsible for successfully managing smaller/medium projects on client accounts and supporting the wider Employee Experience team to deliver outstanding client work that helps create winning workplaces.  A key team player who embraces culture of collaboration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • End to end project management of employee research projects, including liaising with our clients and coordinating the internal project teams to ensure projects are run effectively to agreed timescales
    • Managing small/medium projects independently, and supporting senior colleagues on larger projects across strategic accounts.
    • General research tasks including question design, report writing and development of results presentations
    • Acting as an ambassador for our work and our brand by always adhering to our strict quality standards
    • Involved in supporting the creation of results presentations and reports
    • Working with our account management team to build relationships with clients.
    • Working with day to day client contacts to deliver on our promise and to their goals
    • Working successfully with other Engine delivery teams and create positive, collaborative relationships

    Key Skills/Experience:

    • Excellent client relationship management skills and communications skills
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and managing both internal colleague and external client demands
    • A passion for supporting clients on their Employee Experience journeys
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work positively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Confidence in presenting both to colleagues internally and externally to clients
    • A passion for customer centric delivery balanced with a keen focus on the commercial performance of projects
    • A detailed understanding of the end to end research process.
