    The role

    Responsible for leading complex, large scale projects and programmes and delivering strategic insight, advisory and consulting support for the Employee Experience Team and driving forward the Engine Transformation approach to successful programme delivery, insight and consulting. As a senior member of the team you will be a role model and key conductor of team spirit and culture of collaboration.

    Key responsibilities


    • Lead consultant on large and complex programmes of work across the employee experience practice
    • Working with multiple decision makers within client organisations to align our work with their overall ambitions and deliver on our promise and manage risks throughout the course of a programme
    • Working across complex methodologies and create approaches which can deliver on challenging and changing client timescales
    • Tracking and maintaining the financial health of projects
    • Designing and implementing internal and client facing processes, focus on process efficiency and customer centricity/client love


    • Responsible for designing creative research and advisory solutions
    • Involved in both qualitative and quantitative research design, delivery and insights
    • Working with complex data sets to create compelling stories, aligning insights with client context and make valuable recommendations
    • Developing thought leadership


    • Supporting revenue growth on existing accounts and new business through inputting into proposals and approach design and presenting at pitches
    • Supporting new and existing sales through inputting into proposals and approach design and presenting at pitches
    • Working with the Employee Experience Research Director to identify opportunities to improve the delivery approach for improving broader team performance through communications, training and mentoring.

    Team Mentoring & Development

    • Mentoring and training others on programme delivery, project management process and principles and client handling and love
    • Working with other Engine Transformation teams to improve processes and collaborative working approaches
    • Supporting others in the team to troubleshoot and turn around programmes with challenges
    • Mentoring and training others on insight elements


    • Supporting others in the team to troubleshoot and turn around programmes with challenges (insight/delivery challenges)
    • Client facing role with expectation of travel to meet with clients

    Key skills/experience

    • A passion for supporting clients on their Employee Experience journeys and desire to continue to improve and evolve skills and understanding in this space
    • Excellent client relationship management skills, strong research process knowledge
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work positively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
    • A passion for customer centric delivery balanced with a keen focus on the commercial performance of projects
    • Strong research knowledge
    • Strong presentation and strategic insight skills
