    The role you’ll play

    At Partners – Project Management and Account Management make up Client Service Hubs. The IPM will sit in one of Partners two client hubs. This role requires Client Services, Project Management and Production skills. Responsibilities include Forecasting & Campaign Planning, Creative Development, Strategic Planning, Preparation of Client Presentations, Client Workshops, Pre Production, Production and Post-Production. Delivery and associated Financial Responsibility.

    The successful candidate will be project managing several campaigns over the year, these currently comprise of Digital Display, Website development, Content Management film, Print, DM and OOH.

    This is a dual role, which requires integrated project management skills with direct project management and production of specific streams. Therefore, leadership skills and experience in both project managing and production is an essential part of the role. Project Managers will support Account Management for all client service issues but have a main focus on delivery within the team.

    The ideal candidate will be adept at working with demanding clients and strong creative and Design teams. They must be capable of keeping a project on course whilst meeting all creative and technical objectives, and achieving a profitable outcome. This should be accompanied by impeccable communication and sensitive client-facing skills, exceptional attention to detail and a can-do, problem-solving approach.

    Your responsibilities and skills

    • Management of delivery on time and on budget
    • Good leadership, management and negotiation skills
    • Accurate planning, estimating and documentation
    • Project management processes and tools
    • A knowledge of, and experience in print production, art buying and commissioning talent (photographers, illustrators, typographers, designers etc.), post production and supply. Where the output of a campaign is printed materials, you will be expected to manage the production of master artworks and adaptations. For Digital Display you must have worked with Ad Severs before and preferably be able to use Jira for all site development and change requests.
    • Manage all aspects project work – scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, delivery on time on brief on budget and all associated client and account communication
    • Ensuring effective project management process, and creation of key documentation – project plans, estimates, scope of work documents, status reports, risk assessment plans, change requests, resource requests and project recovery plans etc.
    • Work closely with 3rd party suppliers, communicating with teams on an ongoing basis and ensure changing resource and project requirements are understood and met
    • Actively encourage communication across all disciplines within the agency inc (Strategy creative, technology, production, finance, and account management) ensuring a smooth and productive flow of work
    • Ensure Ops Director is kept up to date on project status and that any issues are escalated and quickly resolved.
    • Able to ensure consistency across working process and best practices
    • Participate in internal project and production team programmes including status meetings, post project reviews, internal process initiatives and ongoing improvement practices
    • Manage all resource requests through the resourcing team with supported timing plans
    • Running the program of working process, overseeing all projects in production
    • Oversight of ALL Projects on associated clients
    • Monitoring utilisation across projects and reporting this to Operations Director

     

    What you’re like – the people we need

    • Must have previously worked in an agency environment
    • Be passionate about creative output and have relationships with production companies, Photographers/Printers/Tech Partners and Post Production Companies in the London area
    • Great attention to detail with a calm and focused approach at challenging times
    • Must be able to use Microsoft Project, Excel and Smartsheet
    • CRM Experience not essential but would be very useful
